1. Delivery Range

Currently, we support delivery to most countries and regions worldwide. The specific deliverable areas will be automatically displayed based on your shipping address when placing an order. If your address is not within the delivery range, the system will prompt that the order cannot be placed. We apologize for any inconvenience.

2. Delivery Time

  1. Order Processing: Orders placed before 15:00 (GMT+8) on working days (Monday to Friday) will be processed and shipped within 24 hours; orders placed after 15:00, as well as those on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
  2. Transit Time:
    • Major countries in North America and Europe: 7-15 working days (may be delayed due to customs clearance, weather, and other force majeure factors);
    • Other regions: 10-25 working days, subject to the actual delivery time of local logistics.

3. Shipping Fee Instructions

  1. Orders with an actual payment amount of \(99 or more (or \)129 or more for some remote areas) are eligible for free standard delivery;
  2. For orders that do not meet the free shipping conditions, the shipping fee will be automatically calculated based on the shipping address, package weight, and volume. The specific amount will be displayed on the checkout page;
  3. If you need expedited delivery service, you can select "Expedited Delivery" when placing the order. An additional fee will apply, and the transit time will be shortened to 3-7 working days (excluding some areas).

4. Refund Policy

  1. If the product you receive is undamaged and does not affect secondary sales, you can contact us to apply for a refund within 7 days of arrival. Please ensure the product packaging is intact, all accessories are included, and provide the order number and clear photos of the undamaged product.
  2. After the refund application is approved, we will process the refund for you within 3-5 working days. The refund amount will be returned via the original payment method (bank processing time may vary slightly; please be patient).
  3. For returns due to product quality issues or damage caused by logistics, we will bear the return shipping fee; for returns not due to quality issues, the return shipping fee shall be borne by you.
