Return and refund policy

Return Conditions

  1. Applicable Scope: All products purchased from Seasheep that are undamaged and do not affect secondary sales (products and packaging are intact, accessories are complete, and unused) can apply for return and refund within 7 days of receipt.
  2. Inapplicable Situations:
    • Used, damaged, or products with damaged packaging (except for damage caused by quality issues);
    • Special categories such as personalized customized products and personal care items (please refer to the product details page for specifics);
    • Products for which a return application is not submitted within 7 days of receipt.

Return Process

  1. Submit Application: Please contact customer service via email at [email protected], providing your order number, photos of the product (including packaging), and the reason for return, then wait for customer service review.
  2. Review Confirmation: Customer service will reply with the review result within 24 working hours. Upon approval, we will provide you with the return address and return instructions.
  3. Return the Product: Please pack the product as required and send it out within 5 days of receiving the return address. Meanwhile, provide the tracking number to customer service for tracking.
  4. Confirm Refund: After we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund within 3-5 working hours. The refund amount will be returned via the original payment method (bank processing time may vary slightly, please be patient).

Refund Instructions

  1. Refund Amount: For eligible returns, the actual paid amount of the product will be refunded (excluding the original shipping fee, unless the return is due to product quality issues).
  2. Shipping Fee Responsibility:
    • For returns caused by product quality issues, the return shipping fee will be borne by Seasheep;
    • For returns not due to quality issues, the return shipping fee shall be borne by you.

Handling of Quality Issues

If the product you receive has quality issues (such as damage, functional failure, etc.), please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt and provide relevant evidence. We will arrange a free return/exchange or full refund (including the original shipping fee) according to the situation, with no additional costs to you.
